Dr Joel Lee has been practicing medicine since graduating from the University of Adelaide in 2012, and has worked at most adult, paediatric and psychiatric hospitals in Adelaide. He sees all aspects of family medicine, with special interest in chronic disease management, especially cardiovascular health and diabetes care, children and adolescent care, sexual health, and mental health. As a fellow of the RACGP with a strong focus on preventive care, Dr Lee practices with a style of combining guideline standards of care, health education and collaborative decision making, to help his patients optimise health outcomes.

Please note Dr Lee does not prescribe opioid or benzodiazepine medicines outside of active cancer or palliative care.

Update July 2024; due to the demands of his existing client base, Dr Lee regrettably cannot take on new disability or mental health clients at this stage.

Dr Cheryl Lim (MBBS DRANZCOG)

Dr Cheryl Lim is an experienced General Practitioner with a rich background in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She earned her medical degree from the University of Adelaide and honed her skills at the Lyell McEwin Hospital for four years post-graduation. 

During her tenure, Dr Lim focused on caring for pregnant women with complex medical conditions, performing operative deliveries including Caesarean sections, and managing various gynaecological conditions. Her extensive training also includes an extended term in Paediatrics and rotations in General Medicine, Accident and Emergency, and Infectious Disease. Dr Lim holds a certificate in children's health from the Sydney Children's Health Program and both a Diploma and Advanced Diploma from the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (RANZCOD).

Currently, Dr Lim specialises in women's health and antenatal/postpartum care, including the insertion and removal of intrauterine devices and contraceptive implants. She is accredited with the GP Obstetric Shared Care program, allowing her to support pregnant patients throughout their pregnancies and beyond. Dr Lim is also pursuing further studies in postpartum care and breastfeeding support through the Neuroprotective Developmental Care (NDC) Institute, also known as the Possums program, and will soon offer consultation for breastfeeding and infant sleep support.

Passionate about improving women's health , Dr Lim is dedicated to providing holistic and judgment-free patient-centered care. Dr Lim is a mother to a beautiful little girl who occupies most of her free time. She grew up in Singapore and loves good food, Pilates, hiking and crocheting.

Dr Hong Yau Tan

Dr Hong Yau Tan finished his medical studies at Flinders University in 2010. He hails from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and can speak three languages (English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin) fluently, currently learning Spanish. Also able to speak Cantonese fluently.

He enjoys nature as well as food and travelling, also likes to walk his dog, Mira when he has time.

Dr Theo Constantopoulos finished his medical studies in 2016. He worked initially in Queensland and then returning home to Adelaide. He worked initially in the hospital system, then as a Locum and Home Doctor, before becoming a GP.

Dr Theo enjoys playing basketball and keeping an active lifestyle.
